Look up there, that's me in the stripey t-shirt! I'm a 30 year old trained chef and am currently back at college studying for a patisserie qualification. I'm also working in a lovely Cotswolds cafe/cake shop where I get to bake lots of nice things. I'm from Ireland (and therefore I love soda bread) but we live in Wiltshire with our two cats (although Elvis, pictured, believes he's actually a dog). As you probably guessed from the blog title, I bake obsessively, and my other obsession is playing the ukulele (not very well).
